Stella McCartney's Ready-To-Wear Line Offers Officewear with an Edge

Stella McCartney's Fall 2015 collection oozes the very characteristic that all attribute to the reputable designer's aesthetic: effortless. The pieces appear all business-appropriate, yet upon an inspection of necklines and hems, pleating and original knits, asymmetrical structures and sheer fabrics, the elements of fun and frivolity take the stage.

Though McCartney fell to using basic black within her fall line, it is far from dull as is often associated with the shade. She was sure to allow the pieces to stand out by adding paper-bag waistbands, deep cuffs, one-sleeved knits and sheer, flowing fabrics to the ensembles.

All remain entirely suitable for the office yet were dotted with quirky finishing touches that make the line a total breath of fresh air among other designer's line that found themselves redundant and commonplace.

The silhouettes presented in the line appear to have a quality to them as if they are meant to unravel and be a multipurpose piece for both work and play -- a fluidity for the wearer of the ensemble.
