Stardock's 'Start11' App Lets Users Customize the Windows 11 Taskbar

'Stardock' has released a new update to its Windows 11-focused application, 'Start11.' This new update allows for the unique customization of the Windows 11 'Taskbar' on the bottom of the Windows desktop page. Windows 11 natively allows users to move the icons on the taskbar to the center, left, or right side of the screen, as well as the ability to place the taskbar on either edge of the monitor.

Start11's new update allows users to customize the Taskbar even further. With Start11, users can resize each icon on the bar, move the Windows 'Start' button to the side of the screen while keeping the icons in the middle, and even drag-and-drop certain files to different applications through the Taskbar.

If these features sound desirable, users can sign up for a 30-day free trial for Start11, after which the service costs $5.99 USD for a one-install plan.
