LG Launched a New Briefcase Version of its StanbyME Tablet

LG's StanbyME Briefcase is the newest edition of the company's business-focused tablet. The original StanbyME was built into its own stand as was an excellent device to use in POS scenarios, or as a display tablet at an event, or any other number of professional use cases. The StanbyME Briefcase, though, is a more portable, durable alternative with the same benefits as the previous release.

The StanbyME is a 27-inch display built into a briefcase on a monitor arm. When the briefcase is opened, the tablet will extend outward. The tablet sits high enough in the briefcase to be rotated vertically and horizontally when needed, without touching the table or the bottom of the briefcase. However, as this is a professional-focused tablet, it is not a budget release, coming in at roughly $900 USD, or 1.17 million Won.
