The Stadion Collection by Hummel features a new line of five distinct shoes, each drawing inspiration from an iconic city that has previously hosted the Olympic games -- Barcelona, Paris, Montreal, Berlin and London. The individual shoes embody a color scheme that is representative of its city’s fashion history.
While researching source material for the Stadion Collection, the designers at Hummel came across their ‘Jimmy shoe’ design from the 1980s. Inspired by the modern finesse of the sneaker, the designers decorated the five shoes with individual color schemes that resonate with artistic movements unique to the aforementioned cities.
Available in April, the Stadion Collection will only be available through select retailers around the world and through hummel.net. The collection will be released in extremely limited qualities, making for a truly exclusive collector’s item.
