Zine-Inspired Clothing Collections

The Stacks Issue 01 Launch Initiated This Graphic Collection

In celebration of the official launch of the Stacks Issue 01 zine, the Tokyo-based brand BlackEyePatch partnered up with BEAMS T to create a graphic clothing collection. The collaborative collection is inspired by the Stacks Issue 01 publication and directly incorporates the artwork from the issue. The graphic visuals have been creatively implemented onto the series of garments such as t-shirts, hoodies and hats. Russell Maurice, also known as Gasius, includes his artwork as graphics in the collaborative series.

The influence of both the apparel collection and the Stacks Issue 01 zine stems from the culture of hip-hop with the thematic setting of Tokyo. To debut the collection, there is a pop-up that is set at the BEAM T Harajuku location -- it will also serve as an exhibition and include artworks for sale. The Japanese pop-up location will take place from January 26th to February 4th.
