Pei Wei's new Spicy Thai Basil Cashew Chicken was created exclusively for the chain by celebrity chef and the current culinary ambassador for Thailand, Jet Tila. Tila's spicy creation starts with steamed white meat chicken tossed with red bell peppers, onions, snap peas, garlic, crunchy cashews, Thai Basil, and a spicy hoisin sauce.
