Postseasoning is the name of a special seasoning mix created by ESPN to elevate pre-game dishes. This first-of-its-kind seasoning mix is available for fans in Indianapolis ahead of the College Football Playoff National Championship and it can be picked up at ESPN’s Playoff Fan Central, located at the Downtown Indianapolis Convention Center, while supplies last.

The custom blend of spices is made with salt, onion, gochugaru, garlic, paprika, black pepper and cayenne to uplevel the heat and intensity of many different meals and snacks.

To help fans make the most of the special seasoning mix, ESPN teamed up with James Beard Award-winning pitmaster Rodney Scott to share recipes, tips and tricks for using Postseasoning.
