Cumulative Junk Mail Collages

Paulius Nosokas Has Created Art Based on Years of Spam Messages

Rather than deleting the spam messages in his inbox and junk mail folder, artist Paulius Nosokas found inspiration to create a series of collages that are then used to enhance a small space in his project entitled SPAMspace.

While most people would view an email with the words "gain inches in weeks" in the headline as pure junk and immediately discard it, the creative mind of this artist sees such headers in a different way. Collecting loads of junk mail over the duration of three years, the artist points out their amusing and even enlightening qualities. Originally created to be attention-grabbing, the headers fit in well as room decor, especially when presented as pleasant posters by Paulius Nosokas.

SPAMspace is an experiment in spam messages as artwork.
