CORT Events Created Tools for Planners to Organize Event Spaces

CORT created space planning tools that help streamline the event planning process. The space planning tools give users the ability to fully organize an event layout before they commit to moving furniture. The tools are powered by Social Tables, and event planners are able to access the tool for free on the CORT website. Additionally, event planners will have the ability to use a venue's pre-existing files, or they can import their own files.

CORT's planning tools also give event planners the ability to test out different color combinations on both the 2D and 3D space planning tools.

America Paredes is the director of partnerships and community outreach at Mental Health America, and she used the tools to help with event planning. Paredes spoke about how the tools helped the event planning process, "Once you placed furniture, you could see the 3D version of it--that’s what I really liked. That then helped me visualize how things could flow if we had more space, or even in sense of color, because you could see the different color varieties."
