Galactic Photography Kits

The Kepler Space Photo Kit Encourages Extraordinary Photography

The Kepler Space Photo Kit by Quirky gives people the ability to send their cameras on a galactic mission to seek out new images in space. The kit is deployable up to 100,000 feet which is more than enough to ensure space travel.

In the space photo kit you will find landing legs, a parachute, a case, mount, and housing. Be warned though, the kit still needs some other materials such as a weather balloon, a camera and of course, batteries. And unless you trust in the kindness of strangers, it may also be a good idea to pick up a GPS and beacon in order to locate your kit when it falls to earth.

Check out the included video for the test trial and incredible video photography the space photo kit was able to capture. The best part is when they find their kit crash-landed in a tree in some guy's backyard. Mr. Wilson, can I have my space explorer back?
