Panera is Serving Up a New Southwest Caesar Salad This Spring

With spring officially here, Panera is welcoming two fresh offerings: the new Southwest Caesar Salad and returning Strawberry Poppyseed Salad.

The new Southwest Caesar Salad is what Panera is calling a "refreshed and flavorful take" on a classic Caesar salad. The fresh new menu items consists of crisp romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, fresh avocado chunks, grated parmesan, cilantro, blue corn tortilla strips, creamy Caesar dressing, and a drizzle of chipotle aioli on top. The new salad will officially launch nationwide on April 5, 2023, however, MyPanera rewards members can enjoy early access through the brand's loyalty program.

Alongside the new Southwest Caesar Salad, Panera is also bringing back its popular Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, which pairs romaine lettuce and grilled chicken with fresh fruits like mandarin oranges, strawberries, pineapple pieces, and blueberries.
