Sony DEV-5 Helps You Spy with High Technology

With the whole 3D craze going, handheld consoles, TVs and computer monitors all have utilized this technology, so it was only natural that the Sony DEV-5 binoculars would follow soon after.

The Sony DEV-5 is the first of its kind, so it’s highly likely that other companies will follow in its footsteps. This hi-tech peeping tom device has a magnification that goes up to 20x total zoom (10x optical and 10x digital) which means distance is hardly a problem. The DEV-5 can capture 1920x1080 3D or 2D Full HD video that can be viewed on the user’s HDTV or 3D TV. Sony has also incorporated ‘Exmor R’ CMOS sensors that help the binoculars overcome low-light conditions, and a built-in GPS that informs you of your current location.
