The Sonos Soundalier is a Custom Audio Set for the NYC Week

The Sonos Soundalier is made for those who cherish the sense of sound over sight. An uncommon combination between a sound system and a chandelier, it hangs from the ceiling like the latter but in place of the typical light bulbs it has a bunch of small speakers. Shaped like a tree branch, these small Play: 3 speakers can be considered the Sonos Soundalier's leaves.

Commissioned by Cool Hunting, the Sonos Soundalier was created by New York-based industrial designer Lindsey Adelman. Working in collaboration with Brooklyn-based jewelry designer Kiel Mead, they teamed up with international audio company Sonos to create the striking sound system. The Sonos Soundalier is to be the centerpiece for the Sonos Listening Library, which will be held at The Standard East Village during the NYC Design Week.
