Kitschy Sushi Socks

These Sock Designs Look Like Edible Pieces of Rice and Fish

Sushi lovers will adore these sock designs that cleverly look just like edible pieces of Japanese rice and fish. The best part is when the socks are worn they simply look like they have a fun fish-inspired print.

Retailer Otakumode developed these fun sock prints to look just like the pieces of sashimi you can order at a Japanese restaurant. The idea is that when the socks are folded up into balls they look just like little pieces of sliced up sushi. Along the front of the foot and the ankle the socks are covered in fun fish flesh prints like salmon, shrimp and tuna. When the socks are folded the white tips replicates the look of the rice and the fish print stands in as the fish meat.
