The Snickers Pecan Bar is the Result of the Great American Nut Search

Snickers set out on The Great American Nut Search to ask fans of the brand to determine which kind of nut they'd like to see in the next Snickers bar and now, the limited-edition Snickers Pecan Bar is being introduced.

This new chocolate bar is as full of caramel and milk chocolate as ever, yet enhanced with pecans for a new experience.

As part of The Great American Nut Search, some of the other nuts that were up for consideration included cashews from Florida, pistachios from California and macadamia nuts from Hawaii. Since pecans from Texas won, the new product is available in a custom box that shares 15 nut-filled chocolate bars and is decorated with the phrase "Texas Proud" and icons like cacti, cowboy boots and banjos to pay tribute to the southern state.
