The Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut is essentially what it sounds like it would be, a dessert that encapsulates the most popular facets of each of beloved treats. The dessert has the aesthetically round ring shape of a donut with a croissant donut hybrid dough that is flakey, light and buttery. The donut is infused with a cookie dough buttercream frosting and then further glazed with a white icing glaze and cinnamon cookie streusel.
