To keep things healthy for 2015, food blogger Skinny Taste created these delicious S'more tartlet treats that embody all the delicious chocolate and marshmallow flavor of a traditional camp fire S'more without the guilt or gluten.
To make these decadently healthy and sweet camp fire treats, begin by crumbling several gluten-free graham crackers into the bottom of several tiny muffin tins and adding brown sugar and butter. This will create the base for the tartlet. Then add a scrumptious chocolate filling made from %60 melted chocolate, evaporated milk and two eggs. Once the tartlet has been baked you can add a marshmallow meringue made from sugar, water, egg whites, vanilla and cream of tarter. Use a blow torch to add that caramelized fireside taste and texture.
