Smashburger's Denver Location Will Feature a Full-Service Bar

Smashburger has announced a new location opening in Denver, Colorado, that will contain a Smashburger bar. The bar will be full-service, meaning it will serve beer on tap, wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages, rather than simple canned alcoholic beverages that several other QSR chains sell. The bar will even have high-definition televisions behind the counter for diners who opt to sit at the bar counter.

Smashburger stated that it intends to elevate the experience of fast-casual dining with its new full-service bar. Over the course of the pandemic, many industries were forced to re-evaluate customer experiences in order to increase attraction and retention. Smashburger believes that this bar will accomplish this. The president of Smashburger, Carl Bachmann, noted that "this is the way of the future for fast-casual" showing that the brand has high expectations for this new location.
