Smartphone dating apps are gaining esteem as people skip the bars for an easier way to find somebody to love.
With CES 2013 underway this week from January 8th until the 11th, Jaime Neely took a retroactive look at various apps that have made it big over the last year.
The ‘Burner’ app allows for ultimate privacy as you search for a soul mate. The app generates a temporary number that you can use and "burn" through to avoid future contact. The disposable numbers are also great for job searching, craigslist transactions and short-term projects.
The Sugar Sugar website allows you to trade money for love by enrolling as either a Sugar Daddy or Sugar Baby. The site boasts that Sugar Babies can earn upwards of $3,000 a month. I think it may be time to reconsider my career options!
There is no shortage of competition for Smartphone dating apps as more people turn to technology to find their sweetheart.
