The Smart Ped's Electric Assist System Lets You Rip At Speeds Of 25 KM/H

The Smart Ped is a fully foldable electric-assist kick bike, offered by FlyKly, that is capable of hitting speeds of up to 25 km/h and boasts a maximum range of as much as 50 km, depending on how much you kick.

This scooter's kick assist comes courtesy of an all-in-one electric motor, based on the company's proprietary Smart Wheel tech, and a Lithium-ion battery that is integrated into the rear wheel. The bike can be charged in only three hours. The wheels measures 16 inches, and come to a halt when you apply the front and rear V brakes.

Interestingly, the Smart Ped also comes with a companion smartphone app that tracks how far you ride and offers a various other stats about your usage.
