Xiaomi released the MIJIA smart skipping rope, the company's first smart-designed skipping rope. The smart skipping rope is a new exercise method in which consumers can utilize the smart technology in the settings of the smart skipping rope to fit their needs. The smart skipping rope has a cordless and corded mode of operation with 20 days of battery life.

The smart skipping rope is adaptable, where the cordless mode can be utilized indoors through an air ball, and the corded mode has a 3-meter adjustable rope. The smart skipping rope has three built-in sensors that can accurately exercise data. The built-in sensors offer 360-degree multi-point monitoring and integrate the data from the monitoring into its counting algorithm, which can track the consumer's jumping movement and filter invalid jumps or missed records. Additionally, the smart skipping rope shows monthly and annual sports analysis reports to reflect better progress to the consumer through its hidden dot matrix digital display.
