The Drink Yourself to Sleep Water

Sleep Water

There is nothing better than a good nights sleep and with spring on its way there has never been a better time to catch up on sleep.  After all, concealer and cover up can only take us ladies so far. There are a new slue of specialty sleep water on the market that promise to help users relax and maybe even catch up on some missed sleep.  The common belief among society is to grab for a hot tea or maybe even an alcoholic beverage to relax us, however sleep water is neither of these things.  Drinks such as Vib, Blue Cow, iChill and Dream water are sleep water, which is a contrast to the enormously popular energy drinks such as Red Bull and Vitamin Water that promise to give you strength, and maybe even wings. Dream Water is just one of the many sleep waters that attempts to help many sleepless North Americans relax by using melatonin to help induce sleep. Although the FDA has warned against the use of melatonin in relaxation drinks and sleep water, users are cautioned to use at their own risk, and avoid operating heavy machinery during use. Many users have reported that even as little as half a bottle of sleep water can help them get to sleep. Sleep water can surely help us reduce those dark circles under our eyes that the winter months have only helped to further highlight, however is it better to stick to our makeup? Are we better off using our favorite concealer as oppose to feeding our body unnatural sleep water?
