Youth-Inspired Skateboard Footwear

Pop Trading Company & Vans' New Series is Full of Textures

Amsterdam-based label Pop Trading Company introduces its latest collaborative project completed alongside Vans on a selection of skateboard footwear. The joint capsule features three different footwear models, including the Agah shoe, the Chukka Pro, and the Style 36. The Agah model is complete in a deep "potent purple" and "marshmallow" tonal completion over the uppers using hairy suede materials. The Chukka Pro shoes are constructed from corduroy materials in a dark blue and the Style 36 shoes also make use of hairy suede materials in an off-white color.

The inspiration behind the new footwear collection highlights Pop Trading Company's founder Peter Kolks and his skating experience as a youth. He explains that he was "always stoked on Vans’ simple executions of canvas and suede Chukka Boots and Old Skools (which is now the Style 36)." The new capsule is set to drop on November 30th online and at Pop Amsterdam.
