This New Gerber Packaging is Highly Recyclable

The Gerber single-material baby food pouch has been announced by the brand as a first-of-its-kind packaging that will help to make it as highly recyclable as possible. The pouch was developed in partnership with Gualapack and is part of the brand's shift away from packaging that's intended to be thrown away in favor of more sustainable alternatives. This is part of the brand's larger commitment to make 100% of its packaging either recyclable or reusable by 2025.

The Gerber single-material baby food pouch will be available exclusively on there brand's website in the Gerber's Organic Banana Mango Puree flavor starting in May 2020. The pouch will be fully acceptable through the brand's natural recycling program with TerraCycle.
