Blooming Street Art

10 'Signs of Spring' by Mark Jenkins

I love this Signs of Spring street art by Mark Jenkins which transforms authorative road signs into delicate blooming flowers.

The deployment of the concept is so simple, yet it is very effective. Jenkins strategically added two small green leaves to the signs, which totally changed the authorative vibe of the signs and made them pretty cute.

Hit the gallery for 10 examples of Jenkins' street art that he installed on the streets of Washington, DC and Malmö, Sweeden between March and April, 2008.
