Crooks & Castles has merged streetwear and high fashion to create its new line of signature style that will be released this coming fall. Design director Emil Soriano says on the site, "The underlying theme is that behind every castle, there is a crook to achieve the goal. For example, the Rockefellers and the Carnegies—those guys had to really do things to amass their fortunes." Bringing the rawness from the street apparel into the world of high fashion could easily become a fantastic hit.
One of the lines will be hunting themed, and the company has never done anything like this before so it wants to pay tribute to the old Americana hunting feel. The collection is called Crooks Arms Company, which works well with the theme of merging the streets with wealth or high fashion.
