Shopping Cart Bicycles

The Cartrider

If Korean designer Jaebeom Jeong has his way, the supermarket aisles will become a grand prix race track for children who love his shopping cart bike. The Cartrider came about because the designer noticed that parents often put their children in the carts while shopping. He envisions his Cartrider to be used by children as they accompany their parents on boring grocery shopping trips.

The cartrider will be on display at the Hongik University in Seoul, Korea from October 21-25, 2008.
