Copywriter Matt Bull has created a shocking ad on an immense billboard that has become an instant hit. The ad is for a local Chicken Scratch restaurant in Dallas Texas, the shocking ad features a creepy, counterintuitive tone which highlights the Chicken Scratch’s location "between some trailers and a condemned motel," along with a creepy looking cartoon man saying "bring your kids."
After 16 years in the advertising industry, Matt Bull decided to quit so that he could spend some more time with his family. This shocking ad was his first project since then and also his first solo ad. Although this was a shocking ad it was executed in a fun way, incorporating a cartooned dark style of humour, the billboard became an instant hit.
