Cigarette-Made Food Ads

The Share Air Campaign Hopes to Get Rid of the Stink

Smokers have the instant ability of ruining the appetite of everyone around them, as the Share Air campaign points out. In this case, 'apetite' doesn't just refer to hunger, although it does revolve around images of food. Instead, it is a metaphorical connection that also touches on work environments in addition to restaurant ones.

The Share Air campaign was conceived and executed by EnviroMedia Social Marketing, an ad agency based in Austin, United States. It showcases the image of a burger and beer, both of which have been constructed out of cigarette butts. With such tag lines as, "Your food stinks" and "Your job stinks," the message being sent is loud and clear.

The Share Air campaign was art directed by Sean-Paul Westfall.
