Shadowed Model Photography

This Photography Series Reveals Models Decorated with Paper

This shadowed model photography series was created in a collaboration between French designer 'Miss Hipolite' and photographer Peter Chivoret.

The 'Nahual' series reveals models that are surrounded by shadows and while wearing clothing that is muted in color, or not wearing clothing at all. Each image shows the different ways in which the models were decorated with intricate paper designs, with one having what looks like small wings coming out of her shoulders and another having patches of multi-colored fish scales. The shadowed models are difficult to see in the dark environment they were photographed in, but the paper they are decorated with is quite clear.

This photography series captures poignant images that work to show off the colors and designs of Miss Hipolite's creations.
