Seniors in Fashion Ads

Lauren Hutton, 65, for Mango

Old is definitely in! In the world of the pretty young things, some fashion revolutionaries have managed to cry out, "Old is in!"

And, indeed it is. Previously, we've seen grandpas strut their stuff for designers in the Spring 2009 fashion shows. While we are still in awe and in envy over how easily those senior citizens got themselves to walk in the catwalk, we see another elderly beauty grazing fashion print ads.

65-year-old Lauren Hutton is the new ad campaign model of Mango's Fall/Winter 2008/9 collection.

Hutton is not new to modeling. In fact, she was the cover girl of Vogue 27 times and has starred in "American Gigolo". Although way past her Vogue days, she still obviously knows what it takes to be a true style icon.

Who knew old can be so beautiful, fashionable and Mango print ad-perfect!
