Precision Rubber Keyboards

Roli Launched the 'Seaboard RISE 2' Keyboard for Musicians

'Roli,' the musical instrument company based in London, has launched the 'Seaboard RISE 2,' a flat-surface rubber keyboard with a durable metal frame. The Seaboard RISE 2 features a 'Keywave 2' playing surface that essentially blends a traditional keyboard with a guitar. Each key on the surface of the Seaboard RISE 2 has 12 different frets, making it quick and seamless to transition between similar notes. This functionality also allows the entire surface of the Seaboard RISE 2 to be much smaller than a traditional full-size piano.

This keyboard includes USB-C and MIDI interface ports for device connectivity, which is excellent for both hobbyists and professionals. The frame of the keyboard is a highly durable aluminum material colored in 'platinum blue,' which gives the keyboard a professional, minimalist look. The Seaboard RISE 2 can be pre-ordered online at Roli's website at an MSRP of $1,399 USD.
