Eaten Alive's Extra Spicy Scotch Bonnet Sauce is Its Hottest Creation Yet

Eaten Alive lanched a new Extra Spicy Scotch Bonnet Sauce, setting a record for its hottest sauce created to date thanks to super-hot scotch bonnet chilies. Although fiery, the hot sauce is said to share an intense fruity flavor. This fermented hot sauce is made from just a few simple ingredients, including: fermented capsicums, raw organic cider vinegar, fermented Scotch bonnet chilies and raw cane sugar, plus salt, onion and garlic. While some sauces are better for pairing with certain foods than others, Eaten Alive shares that this one can be added to everything.

There's also a new Lime and Jalapeno Sauce from the Michelin starred chef duo behind the brand and it's said to be a perfect pair for everything from chicken and fish to dressings, dips and salsa.
