The design of the Scandia Senior Easy Chair is reminiscent of a classic wooden fence. As though made from the same slats that the outdoor yard staple is constructed out of, it is both minimalist and homey. Of course, the overall structure isn't has rigid as a fence, or else that would negate the comfort of an equally traditional lounger. Instead, the Scandia Senior Easy Chair takes on a sloping form that hugs the curves of the body perfectly.
The Scandia Senior Easy Chair was designed by Fjord Fiesta in collaboration with Hans Brattrud, who designed the original Scandia Series back in 1957. It is made out of laminated lacquered American Walnut with a leather bolster cushion and satin chrome base.
