Fashion retailer Premier recently teamed up with Saucony to put together an exclusive shoe design inspired by salt-water taffy in colorway as well as textiles. The shoes feature a pastel theme coupled with soft suede to convey the popular summer candied treat in a wearable fashion item.
The sneakers are designed for casual wear with the classic Grid 9000's design featuring a thick sole and wider shape. The sneakers are topped with colors inspired by the colored chewing candy including soft pinks, oranges, blues and greys rendered onto supple suede material. The hip technicolor shades are juxtaposed with soft white leather and interchangeable laces that are packed in a faux candy tin for added effect. The collection also includes T-shirts and jackets with the same print and fabric to match.
