This Beer Tantalizes With Delightful Hints of Honey and Pear

Our Mutual Friend Brewing, a brewing operation based in the city of Denver in Colorado, is launching a spectacular new saison beer as part of a slew of exciting new releases that also include a barrel-fermented IPA and a hazy hybrid IPA. In the case of the Yellow Vibrations saison beer, this is the result of a collaboration with St. Louis, Missouri-based Perennial Artisan Ales, and the end result is truly phenomenal.

This particular saison beer incorporates buckwheat and honey into the brewing process whilst using two highly rated varieties of hops, namely Callista and Hull Melon. The end result is a beverage with hints of pineapple and pear, not to mention notes of star anise and, perhaps unsurprisingly, honey. With a 5.8% ABV, this saison beer is approachable to drinkers of all stripes.
