2013 SAG Award Nominees Show off a Different Side of Themselves

If you’re a huge film buff, then tune in to this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards (also known as the SAG Awards) on January 27, 2013, to check out this year’s SAG award nominees.

This will be the 19th Screen Actors Guild Awards and, this year, the top three films with the most nominations are Les Misérables, Lincoln and Silver Linings Playbook with four nominations each.

Jennifer Lawrence has been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work in Silver Linings Playbook. Bradley Cooper, who also starred in Silver Linings Playbook, was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role.

Alec Baldwin has been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Jack Donaghy on the Comedy series 30 Rock. He has won this award six years in a row from 2007 to 2012. Finally, Sofia Vergara has been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her role in Modern Family.

Mad Men is also up for two nominations, and continues to remain popular going into its sixth season.
