The S Moda June 2012 Lily Cole photoshoot plays up on the allure of the 1960s with a dark and notably arcane feel. The actress and model is found clad here in dark makeup with charcoal lip shades and dark red eye shadow, standing out amid a series of light ashen backdrops.
The young photographer Damon Baker executed this S Moda editorial. Although he signed to the Jed Root label when he was only 20 years old, he has quickly become one of the industry's best with his i-D Magazine and Sunday Times Style Magazine productions. He has yet again delivered a powerful dose of fashion here with the inclusion of Twiggy-inspired eyelashes and retro kaleidoscope-esque apparel.
