Bruegger's Bagels new menu draws inspiration from the nostalgia-inducing road in the form of a delicious new sandwich.
The Route 66 is a seasonal sandwich that consists of a French Toast Bagel topped with hickory-smoked bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, Sriracha maple syrup and a fresh-cracked egg. Along with the highway-inspired breakfast sandwich, the chain is also offering a sandwich called the Mighty Melt, which is made with jalapeno cornbread and seasonal bagels in flavors such as French Toast and Pumpkin.
