The Zihotch Retro Phone Watch

This quaint piece of accessory is bound to get a lot of people talking ill about you behind your back. This is the Zihotch Retro Phone Watch made by Japan's Maywadenki.

Designed with a face that imitates the rotary phones of yesteryears, the Zihotch works in mysterious ways: you need to make a phone call to find out what time it is.

In order to get the time, you have to dial 117 and the time will be spoken to you by what I assume is a recorded voice. If you dial the wrong number, you get a, “We are sorry, the number you have dialed is not in service. Please check and call again.”

The watch can also be set up to act as an alarm clock for wake up calls. The Zihotch Retro Phone Watch sells for $79.99.
