Unfoldable Car-Roof Tents

The Roof-Top Tent Can Fit on Any Vehicle Roof Type

If sleeping on the rocky, uneven surface of camping grounds isn't your thing, how about on top of your car roof with the Roof-Top Tent?

Designed by Treeline Outdoors, the $1,650 tent can be fitted on any type of vehicle with a roof rack -- from a compact, standard size car to a 4 x 4. Made from a ultra durable poly-oxford and poly-cotton material blend, the tent is breathable, waterproof and comes with a rip-stop technology. The Roof-Top Tent comes with a built-in cloth-covered foam mattress and bedding, which stays in the tent at all times, and collapses during travel.

The tent comes with a folding aluminum ladder that drapes along the side of the car. Three big windows fitted with zippered no-seeum mesh keep out mosquitoes and other insects, while letting in ample sunlight and allowing for ventilation. The base of the tent is made from 2.5 cm aluminum and polyurethane, and can support while open a load of up to 770 lbs.
