Trainable Robot Arms

Slant Robotics's 'ShopArm' is a Useful Tool for Makers and Business Owners

Slant Robotics has launched another small robot arm. This robot arm is designed to perform jobs in small business and be a kit for makers and education.

The robot arm is called the ShopArm and it is entirely 3D printed. But the important thing about the robot arm is that it can be trained by either speaking to it, using a desktop application, or training it with its camera. Most robot arms are very complex to train but the ShopArm is a robot arm that is working to change that and make robot arms very easy to use.

Slant is currently raising funds on Kickstarter for its innovative robot arm with deliveries scheduled for the arm in June of 2017. The ShopArm appears as a robot arm that is not just a toy, but a tool.
