Roborock has unveiled its latest innovations at CES 2025, introducing the Saros Z70, Saros 10, and Saros 10R.
A standout feature across the lineup is OmniGrip, a technology that elevates these devices from simple robot vacuums to multi-functional home assistants. OmniGrip allows the robots to identify and move small obstacles weighing up to 300 grams.
The Saros 10 introduces RetractSense Navigation, enabling the device to retract its OmniGrip arm and navigate under low-clearance furniture like couches. At just 7.98 centimeters (3.15 inches) tall, its compact design allows it to access tight spaces while an upgraded mopping system delivers more profound and more effective cleaning.
Meanwhile, the Saros 10R replaces traditional Laser Distance Sensor (LDS) navigation with an AI-powered camera system. This advanced navigation technology creates precise 3D environmental maps, enhancing obstacle detection and improving efficiency in homes with complex layouts or cluttered spaces.
While details about the flagship Saros Z70 remain under wraps, Roborock has hinted at exciting new features that promise to streamline home maintenance.
