RJ-Romain Jerome is known for his themed timepieces. His latest collection, the 'Nose Art-DNA' embodies the adventurers of the 20th Century. It was inspired by military airplane design and combat-pilots in WW1. Nose art was the art form that appeared on nose of the planes during that time.
One watch has the features of a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress with a green and brown camouflage dial and the minutes and second counters resembling a cockpit's reading instruments. Some plane noses even had pin-up girls painted on them, so another watch in the collection puts a "burlesque twist to your wrist" with a pin-up girl named "Mila" on the watch's face.
The watches are crafted with luxury, but still would be durable enough for soldiers today. They have a NATO strap to prevent the watch from sliding off wrists while in the line of fire.
