One of famed architect Richard Neutra's iconic works, the Kaufman House in Palm Springs, California, is celebrated for the city's Modernism Week Festival.
The impressive home is comprised of a number of box-like components, which are situated in a way that allows for the most sunlight possible, with the home positioned to capture the beauty of the desert sunrises and sunsets. Although the house is two storeys, the vast majority of the living space is reserved for the bottom floor, while the top is overtaken by outdoor-centered spaces, enabling inhabitants to further enjoy the views that can be seen from it.
From February 15th until the 25th, Palm Springs will honor the Kaufman House, and will offer attendees of the festival more information regarding it during this time so that they can further appreciate it.
