The Reverse Grafitti Cars are Pollution-Produced Paintings

When extremely driven artist Moose Curtis teamed up with Fotorater creator Marc Cameron, the idea for Reverse Graffiti Cars came to be, and the concept soon went from zero to sixty in the form of a pressure washer.

The twosome decided to create green street art in polluted areas around Munich to highlight the amount of distracting dirt while creatively cleaning up an empty space. Using a massive wood stencil and a power washer as a paintbrush, they produced exact replicas of popular environmentally conscious cars in black and white wall displays.

Also referred to as grime-writing, the medium is Munich's newest style of green graffiti, and despite the fact that many locations were covered in a fine layer of filth, the designer duo proved beauty could be uncovered in an automotive, eco-friendly way. The Reverse Graffiti Cars are a great way to improve urban space while being conscious of the environment.
