Pocket Heat Phones

Zeri Phone is a Renewable Energy Phone That Powers Up In Your Pocket

The concept of a renewable energy phone isn't new but Paul Frigout’s concept Zeri phone is unique because it recharges using thermoelectric and piezoelectric energy.

Thermoelectric energy is gathered from the temperature difference produced when the renewable energy phone is being carried in a pocket. Metal wires that are knitted onto fabric convert the heat to electricity. The piezoelectric energy is created using a system of hair-like generators that produce electricity from air vibration.

The Zeri phone design gets high marks for greenness, but may leave phone geeks disappointed.
