The Renault Twin'Run is Designed to Tear Up the Track

Fans of hot hatches are going to love the Renault Twin'Run. The latest concept car from the French automaker is designed for one thing: speed. It packs a V6 engine sourced from the Megane Trophy racer. However, said V6 has been modified to 3.5 liters. The rear-mounted engine is good for 360 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, numbers that produce a 0 to 62 time of 4.5 seconds.

In addition to being fast, the Renault Twin'Run is also light. It tips the scales at only 2,094 pounds thanks to its lightweight chassis and fiberglass body. The interior is home to Sparco seats covered in Alcantara and an electronic dash. The Twin'Run is merely a concept, but like recent Renault concepts, it is possibly a preview of things to come from the new Twingo.
