The 'Portraits of Men' Book Features Cheeky Nude Illustrations

Artist and illustrator René Gruau was probably most famously known through the 50s to the 80s for his portrayal of the typical man as a dapper, sexy and clothes-less guy. His latest book compilation 'Portraits of Men' features his most famous sketches of iconic, classic and racy men.

In the 'Portraits of Men' compilation, many of René Gruau's cheeky male nudity illustrations he did for fashion houses are featured. Men holding glasses of Scotch with nothing on but a towel, men posing on posh red couches, men in elegant patterned fashion and men brushing their teeth stalk naked are some of the images you'll find in this book. René Gruau has an extremely distinct drawing style of ink and water color that made him so well-known. His illustrations feature over-exaggerated long limbs, classically 50s fashion, strong facial features, and, let's not forget, cute bums.
