Low-Cost Rehabilitation Homes

Process Architecture Builds Four Houses for Recovering Drug Addicts

Aspire Health Partners – a healthcare provider in Orlando, Florida, requests the construction of four low-cost rehabilitation homes that will be geared toward assisting drug addicts in their recovery. The project is headlined by American firm Process Architecture, which had to instill an aesthetically friendly and trigger-free design that is also cost-effective. The budget for each of the rehabilitation homes totals below $200,000.

The project bears the name of ‘Aspire House’ and is located in the city’s Holden Heights neighborhood – one that has "seen a rise in heroin overdoses." It is the hope of Aspire Health Partners that it can change its mythology with more design-driven techniques that can potentially increase the efficiency of the program and better assist drug addicts in the process of recovery.
